Jerith Production Relocation Update

To our valued customers,

I wanted to provide an update on the relocation of Jerith production operations.

As a reminder, Jerith production is relocating to Tulsa, OK, and we expect the transition to be completed during 2026. The project remains on track, and our team has been diligently planning each phase of the move to alleviate disruptions and maintain our high service standards throughout the transition.

In addition to the production relocation, we will be opening a new regional distribution center in the Northeast. This facility will support the assembly of Jerith products and serve as a distribution hub for both Ameristar and Jerith product lines, helping us better serve customers across the region.
